Our studio is beautifully curated with ecclectic charm, and ready to welcome your family, team, guests, group or celebration for your next upcoming event! Our space is perfectly suited for:

  • Birthday Parties (for all ages!)

  • Baby & Bridal Showers

  • Training Sessions, Lunch & Learn Events & Workshops

  • Corporate Team Building Events & Activities (ask us about our hosted corporate team building art events - perfect as a thank you or holiday treat to your team!)

  • Networking Events

  • Customer Appreciation Events

We offer a flat rate for most private rentals:

  • 2.5 hours for up to 20 people at a rate of $200 +HST

    • Additional time may be added at a rate of $45/hr +HST

We are proud to offer our space to non-profit organizations to use free of charge based upon availability! Please don’t hesitate to call and inquire anytime!

Important information:

  • Our studio space can accommodate up to 20-25 people (depending on the layout and use requirements).

  • All outside food caterers must be pre-approved by Do Good Oxford.

  • Your space rental time frame includes set up and tear down time, please plan accordingly. Should you run late without prior arrangements having been made, any additional time used will be charged at a rate of $45/30 minutes.

  • We have Add On services and rentals to make your event run smoothly - ask us if you require such items as a projector and screen, chart paper, etc.

  • We are happy to provide snacks and hot/cold beverages for your guests (additional costs dependent on items chosen). This must be pre-arranged at least 1 week prior to your event.

  • Our price and capacity policies are non-negotiable. Thank you for your understanding.

  • If the options mentioned don't fit your event/idea - please don’t hesitate to call and brainstorm with us! We’d love to execute your vision and we will see what we can come up with based on availability!

Space Rental FAQ’s

  • Our studio space can accommodate up to 20-25 people (depending on the layout and use requirements).

  • We want to ensure your guests have a great time and your event goes off without a hitch! You are responsible for organizing all food and activities for your private event, decorating and supervision of guests. We are happy to assist with any of these items for a fee. Just ask!

    Tables and chairs are available and included in the rental rate. Please inquire to discuss set up wishes prior to your event date. We will take care of arranging the furniture!

    For those hosting birthday parties, Do Good offers curated party packages for most ages. For more information, visit our “Birthday Parties” page.

  • Our studio does not have more than a small fridge and microwave.

    Please note that we have very limited fridge space for food and beverages, organizers should coordinate with us prior to their event and plan accordingly.

    Catered outside food is allowed for private events. All caterers must be pre-approved by Do Good.

    Do Good is happy to supply snacks (chips, popcorn, crackers) and hot/cold beverages. Rates are dependent upon items selected, and must be pre-arranged.

  • Your space rental time frame includes set up and tear down time, please plan accordingly.

  • Access to art supplies is not included in rental for private events. Art activities are available if pre-arranged and paid for.

  • At this time, a Damage Deposit is not required. Should damage occur to our property or space during your rental, organizers will be invoiced for replacement/repair at full cost.

  • A projector and pop up screen rental - $40

    Chart paper and markers - $20

    Snacks & Beverages - starting at $1.50/item

    Digital event invites - $10 or a custom design for $20
